Every Thursday, Public House’s Executive Chef will be serving a limited quantity housemade burger, comprised of ground ribeye, house-flared thick-cut bacon, Merkt’s cheddar cheese, demi stout braised onions, sweet and spicy pickles, and dijonnaise, all served in between a sesame seed bun with a side of duck fat fries for $16. There will only be 20 burgers in the kitchen.
Enhance the night with tableside board games, including Connect Four, Cards Against Humanity, Jenga, and traditional playing cards, all available upon request. Public House’s many TVs will be showcasing games and Chicago sports highlights from the 1980’s through today.
