Public House receives its U.S.D.A Prime Creekstone Farm skirt steak from sister-restaurant and steakhouse Prime & Provisions, who source and butcher their cuts in-house daily. Executive Chef Richard Jones notes skirt steak is not a menu dish at Prime & Provisions thus the venue provides the cut to Public House to eliminate waste.
